Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at SoChosen.  


After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to be sure to order your correct size before purchasing. We cannot give you a refund if the size you ordered is incorrect. 


We do offer a partial-back refund for all purchases made on our website. If the item(s) you purchased came damaged, it must be unused in the condition that you received it then you are eligible for a full-money return. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.  If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a partial reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase or order number. If your item was damaged, attach photos of the product along with your purchase information. 


Please note: Clearance "final sale" items cannot be returned unless the merchandise was found to be defective. 
 
*Clearance items in the sale section with the mention of 'final sale' in the product name.
